How to begin a request

1. In the mobile app or web app: sign in and open Account, choose Delete Account, then re-enter your username and current password and type DELETE. The same verified flow is available on both surfaces.
2. If you cannot sign in: email dirck.ben@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Dirck Golf School account. Include your username and platform, but do not include your password, access token, recovery code, private video, or identification document.

We will provide a safe account-control verification step. We may require you to sign in again or complete a short-lived confirmation. We will never ask you to send your password.

What will be deleted

• your account, username, optional profile contact information, role linkage, and active sessions;
• saved curriculum progress, quiz/activity state, notes, and synchronization records;
• access-code linkage and account-recovery records associated with the account;
• swing submissions, uploaded originals, analyses, notes, and related private storage objects;
• coaching assignments, conversations, and messages, if a later enabled version has created them; and
• other active-system records tied to your account unless a narrow legal or security exception applies.

Timing

After verification and final confirmation, account access and active sessions are revoked. Associated active-system data is deleted as soon as practical and within 30 calendar days. Approved rolling backups expire within 30 days and must reapply completed deletions if restored.

Limited exceptions

We may retain a narrow record for only as long as reasonably necessary when required by law, needed to complete the deletion safely, or needed to investigate a documented security incident, abuse, or active dispute. We do not use retained exception data for marketing.

Deleting a Dirck Golf School account does not delete information controlled independently by Apple, Google, YouTube, Amazon, your email provider, or another external service. Contact those services for their account and data controls.

Information on your device

The in-app deletion flow removes locally stored progress, profile photo, coaching indicators, and refresh credentials from that installation as soon as the server accepts the request. Clear site/app storage or uninstall the app on other devices you no longer use.
